Appointment & Treatment Policy

Please read before booking any service with Beverly Microblading & Training Center.

Eligibility & Contraindications

Clients must be 18+ with a valid ID.

For safety reasons, permanent makeup services may not be performed if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Are prone to keloid scarring
  • Used Accutane within the past 12 months
  • Have active skin conditions near the treatment area (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, etc.)
  • Recently had Botox/fillers near the area (must wait at least 2 weeks for Botox and 4 weeks for lip filler)
  • Are undergoing chemotherapy/radiation or have certain medical conditions including uncontrolled diabetes, epilepsy, bleeding disorders, or serious heart conditions
  • Take blood-thinning medications

Clients with medical conditions may be required to provide doctor approval before treatment.

Lip Blush Clients

If you are prone to cold sores (HSV-1), an antiviral medication is strongly recommended before and after your appointment.

Eyeliner Clients

Lash extensions must be removed before treatment, and lash serums should be discontinued at least 1 week prior.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your service total.

All payments, deposits, packages, gift cards, and completed services are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule appointments.

  • Less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15-20 minutes late may result in additional charges and possible cancellation of the appointment.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Appointment reminders are sent automatically by text and email.

Results & Healing

Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, medications, medical history, aftercare, and healing process. Multiple sessions may be needed to achieve desired results.

Touch-ups are not included unless clearly stated at booking only touch up is in 4-6 weeks included your full price treatment. Annual touch-up is not included touch-up.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healed results and retention.

Touch-Up Policy

Touch-up appointments must be scheduled after the appropriate healing period in 4-6 weeks.

Pricing varies depending on the time since your last appointment. Existing client touch-up pricing only applies to previous clients of Beverly Microblading & Training Center.

Clients with previous permanent makeup done elsewhere must submit clear photos for approval before booking.

PMU Removal Policy

Permanent makeup removal is a gradual process and may require multiple sessions. While significant fading is common, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or scabbing may occur during healing.

By booking, clients acknowledge that results vary and agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
